It turns out that its quite popular to grab your video camera and upload just about anything! I have seen inspiring,informational videos and some so funny they made me laugh out loud.
While I like to watch these video's I also like to be on the other end of the camera doing my own.

Tips:
* You only have a short period of time to grab your target market’s attention and you need to keep it short and sweet.
Try to make it no longer than 2-4 minutes.

off the top of my head while checking out a property.
* If want to do a teaching video that is going to be longer, I suggest you put together a written sketch to follow about your topic and practice.
* Choose your background area that is not too busy so they keep their eyes and ears on you.
* Post your video on Google, You Tube and many other sites out there offering video uploads..
* Doing your own Video's can save you money and it is a must have to implement into your real estate marketing.

Time fly's when you are making money!

Proof of Funds for your Short Sales Package
The Bank want's Proof of Funds for your buyer when submitting a Short Sale Package. Your buyer is your LLC or a member of your LLC.
Here is a sample of the proof of funds we use when sending in the short sale package to the bank.

Using signs as part of your creative real estate marketing is essential.
Post your signs in the usual places: busy intersections and on the lawns of houses you just bought, home depot, malls, and any other places that are busy
Always use the same type of sign and always, always have the same message laid
out in the same manner. Again, consistency is the key to make these signs work.
That way, people come to recognize your business with merely a glance.
