Using signs as part of your creative real estate marketing is essential.
Post your signs in the usual places: busy intersections and on the lawns of houses you just bought, home depot, malls, and any other places that are busy
Always use the same type of sign and always, always have the same message laid
out in the same manner. Again, consistency is the key to make these signs work.
